The Temporary Kitchen Co. (ABN 92 859 542 404) collects personal information from people who enquire about, book or use its temporary kitchen hire services.
2. What we collect
When you request a quote or make a booking:
- Your name and contact details (phone, email, service address)
- Hire dates and site information
- Payment information (processed through third-party providers)
- For insurance claims: claim number, insurer, builder details
When you use the website: standard server logs, and any information you volunteer in a form.
3. How we use it
To quote, book, deliver and collect the pod, invoice you (or your insurer/builder), and respond to your questions. Not for direct marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with

5. How long we keep it
Booking records for as long as required by Australian tax and consumer-law obligations. Enquiries that don't proceed to a booking are deleted within 12 months.
